This look is a dressed up take on wearing themed  t-shirt's on St. Patty's day! It's the one day a year I would go out in a t-shirt and feel appropriately dressed. I normally celebrate St. Patty's in Savannah, Georgia where people all over the county go to celebrate. They have the second largest celebration in the US and it's amazing! You should definitely make it out there at least one time in your life!
